Week 0
Free walk-through
You call, we visit. 45 minutes. No sales pitch. We measure, photograph, and listen to what you actually want.

Week 1
Written estimate
Within a week you get an itemized estimate. Every line has a cost. Nothing is hidden in "miscellaneous".

Week 2
Design + material selection
We hand you a spec sheet. Walk our material library. Pick your finishes. Sign off on the plan.

Week 3
Permits + schedule
Drawings go to the municipality. We build your schedule backwards from move-in. You know the day the dumpster arrives.

Weeks 4–6
Demo + rough-in
Tarps go down. Walls come down. Mechanicals get roughed. Daily photo updates via text.
DeliverableFraming + MEP inspection passed
- 06
Weeks 7–9
Drywall + finish
Drywall hung, taped, and painted. Cabinets set. Tile laid. The "I can see it now" phase.

Week 10
Punch + final walk
We hand you a punch-list pen. We fix everything on it. Final inspection. Keys + warranty packet delivered.

Week 11+
One-year check-in
We come back twelve months later. Free. To tighten anything that settled, and ask how it's holding up.
